It is indisputable that we live in a time of creativity. But why is creativity so important? Why is it the subject of so many discussions today? Why are we so eager about creativity in the education cycle? Why is it conditioned in job searching? Why is it so important to encourage creativity and why it can bring a decisive competitive advantage, regardless of what profession we are dealing with? In finding answers to these and many other questions we can be helped by some facts. For example…

Croatia and creativity: in the Global Creativity Index report, the Republic of Croatia is ranked 58th, behind Philippines, Panama, Iran, Greece, Serbia and others (2015). Croatia and innovations in the EU: behind Croatia there are only Romania and Bulgaria (2016). 80 % of respondents think creativity is key to economic development, and nearly 2/3 of them think creativity is important to society. But only 25 % of them think they have exhausted their creative potential (2012). Most of the respondents feel that their creativity is hindered by the educational systems. That’s what 52 % (some countries even 60 %) of respondents in all countries and even 70 % in the US think. More than 80 % of employees with completed higher education expressed the desire for creative thinking techniques in education.

Why Creativity 4.0?

The key feature of the 4th Industrial Revolution is the word “networking”, and the key goal is “all”. They will change the world. Radically.
